What is Coach Walking?

We all know how beneficial walking is, increasing heart and lung fitness while improving balance and strengthening bones. At the same time, you’ll get the chance to explore exciting new ideas with your passionate life coach, here to help you grow without limits - virtually and from anywhere in the world! As soon as the session begins, we’ll start walking - together.
You can Coach Walk on the treadmill, in the garden, you name it, all while learning how to:

Depending on your fitness level, start wherever you feel most comfortable. Consider making a map of an area you know, and head there for a walk when it’s time for your virtual Coach and Walk session. Don’t forget to check the weather forecast, and cover up depending on whether it’ll be pouring with rain or sunshine. Also, keep a “Plan B” in mind so you never have to miss your Coach and Walk session - like walking on the treadmill or around the living room if need be!
